About Ever-power Australia Agricultural Parts
Two decades of engineering, manufacturing and supplying agricultural drive components to farmers, dealers and OEM partners across Australia.
Built on 20+ Years of Agricultural Engineering
We are Ever-power Australia Agricultural Parts — a specialist manufacturer and supplier of agricultural drive components serving the Australian primary-production sector. Our focus is narrow but deep: PTO shafts, agricultural gearboxes, sprockets, chains, bearings and the OEM transmission components that keep tractors, harvesters, balers, slashers, mowers and irrigation equipment running through every season.
We started with a simple observation. Australian farmers, contractors and machinery dealers were paying premium prices for European-branded drive parts, then watching those parts fail prematurely under conditions the original designers never anticipated — abrasive sandy loams, basalt soils, fine bulldust, sudden moisture changes and the relentless 14-hour days of harvest. We saw room for a better answer: Australian-spec parts, engineered for Australian conditions, supplied at honest factory pricing with full traceability.
Today we ship containers of agricultural parts to every Australian state and territory, work with OEM implement manufacturers on private-label production, and provide same-day technical support to workshops and end-users alike. Our complete range of farm machinery parts and drive components is built around what Australian buyers actually need — not what looks good in a generic European catalogue.
Our Mission, Vision and Values
Three principles guide every component we ship and every customer relationship we build. They are not marketing copy — they are the operational standards we hold every member of our team to.
Our Mission
To engineer and supply agricultural drive components that deliver reliable, predictable performance under the harshest Australian field conditions — eliminating the in-season breakdowns that cost farmers and contractors real revenue. We measure success in operating hours between failures, not in catalogue page count.
Our Vision
To become the trusted long-term technical partner for every Australian implement manufacturer, machinery dealer and farming operation that values engineering integrity over the lowest sticker price. We see Australian agriculture as a high-skill, high-stakes industry that deserves drive components built to the same standard.
Our Values
Engineering honesty above all — we tell buyers when a cheaper grade is genuinely fine and when it is not. Quality without compromise — every batch passes the same three-stage inspection regardless of order size. Long-term thinking — we would rather lose a single sale than damage a multi-year supply relationship.
Two Decades of Building a Dedicated Australian Capability
From a single-product workshop to a multi-category supplier with a dedicated Australia desk, here are the milestones that shaped who we are today.
Foundation
We established our manufacturing operations focused on agricultural transmission components — specialising in PTO shafts and bevel gearboxes for the export market.
ISO 9001 Certification
We implemented and certified a full ISO 9001 quality management system, documenting every step from raw material control to final inspection.
Australia Market Entry
We began direct shipments to Australian distributors and started developing parts specifically engineered for abrasive soils and continuous-duty harvest conditions.
Product Range Expansion
We expanded beyond drivelines into agricultural sprockets, chains, bearings and housings — becoming a one-stop driveline supplier for Australian buyers.
OEM Programme Launch
We formalised our OEM service for Australian implement manufacturers — drawing-based custom production, prototype runs and private-label packaging.
Dedicated Australia Desk
We launched a dedicated Australia-focused team handling AEST business hours, port-of-entry logistics, in-season priority response and technical support.
Continued Investment
We continue to expand our SKU range, deepen our Australian distributor network and invest in CNC capacity, heat-treatment and quality-control infrastructure.
What Sits Behind Every Part We Ship
Our manufacturing operation is purpose-built around agricultural drive components — vertical integration where it matters, and trusted specialist partners where deep expertise pays off more than in-house equipment.
Forging & Hot Working
In-house upset forging and ring rolling for yokes, bevel-gear blanks and sprocket bodies — controlling grain flow at the source of every drive component.
CNC Machining
Multi-axis CNC turning and milling centres dedicated to gearbox housings, output shafts, sprocket teeth and PTO yoke detail work.
Gear Cutting & Grinding
Hobbing, shaping and grinding capability for spur, helical and spiral-bevel gears — pitch accuracy controlled to AGMA Class 8 or better on critical applications.
Heat Treatment
Carburising, induction-hardening, quench-and-temper and case-hardening lines — fully traceable furnace charge records on every batch.
Surface Treatment
Phosphating, zinc plating, agricultural paint and powder coating — finishes selected to suit Australian field exposure and chemical wash-down conditions.
Assembly & Test
Dedicated PTO shaft and gearbox assembly cells with run-in, torque and noise testing before final packing — every gearbox is functionally tested, not just visually checked.
How We Guarantee Every Component Performs
Quality is not a separate department in our operation — it is built into every workflow, from raw material receiving to the final shipping carton. Our three-stage inspection regime catches issues at the earliest possible point, where the cost of correction is lowest and the impact on lead time is zero.
- Raw material verificationSpectrometer chemistry checks and hardness sampling on every incoming batch of forging and bar stock.
- In-process inspectionDimensional, runout and tooth-form checks at every machining operation — corrected immediately if drift is detected.
- Heat-treatment validationMicrohardness traverses and case-depth verification on every furnace charge — full pyrometric records archived.
- Functional testingEvery assembled gearbox is run-in under load; every PTO shaft is dynamically balanced and torque-tested.
- Pre-shipment AQL inspectionAQL 2.5 sampling on finished cartons with photo reports supplied to buyers before container loading.

The Specialists Behind Every Order
We are a team of agricultural engineers, machinists, quality specialists and logistics professionals who genuinely understand what is at stake when a farm machinery part is fitted in the field. Our Australia desk includes English-speaking account managers, technical engineers familiar with Australian implement standards, and a dedicated logistics coordinator handling port-of-entry documentation.
For OEM partners we typically assign a single technical contact who stays with your project from initial drawing review through prototype, first article inspection, production and ongoing supply — eliminating the handover gaps that cause frustration with larger suppliers.
